The Technical Writer is responsible for creating and maintaining (or enabling the creation and maintenance of) Cloud Services Development, Operations and Security processes, procedures and work instructions.
Essential: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer Experience developing or implementing documentation strategy and approaches Experience across broad range of business applications, software, and technology Experience documenting business processes Experience working with cross-functional teams, remote across product lifecycle Experience documenting cloud-based applications or services Experience mentoring and coaching colleagues in developing technical writing skills Experience with instructional design is a plus Experience in Agile development approach and developing documentation in an Agile, Infrastructure-as-Service or Software-as-a-Service environment.
