This is your opportunity to own and curate Noggin's product knowledge base, ensuring our users fully understand our product and the true depth of its capability, through your succinct, easy to understand and engaging learning content material.
Our Product and Engineering teams work tirelessly to build a vision for our product and in collaboration, you will drive and bring this vision to life through the Learning Centre. There are no vanilla user manuals to be found here, this is game changing real-world stuff!
You will be core to ensuring that our customers fully understand our product and the true depth of its capability, and as a result you're one of the best in the business when it comes to user experience writing and content generation.
What does it take to be a Noggin? You are a proven Technical Writer within the SaaS world, with a passion and commitment to creating engaging and user-centric content. You will be responsible for creating compelling and effective learning materials for our products and features; from how-to videos and learning content to interactive training. With a strong communications background and pride for our branding, your ability to translate technical aspects into user-friendly, engaging content will ensure our users and clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience in learning about our fantastic product. You pride yourself on your ability to create complete, unambiguous and digestible content for your end-users.
What does success look like in this role? During your first three months, you will focus on becoming well acquainted with our software solutions and user cases, understanding our content and training needs, and identifying any potential gaps.
Within 6 months, your proactive approach will ensure you are staying ahead of the product development cycle and you will take full ownership of developing materials.
At the 12-month mark, you will have successfully ensured our learning content and training is up to date, delivered on time and to a high degree, ensuring our users have an exceptional experience.
