6 + 6 Month Contract Baseline Clearance Required Canberra, ACT Our client, is a department of the Australian Government responsible for health research, funding, promotion and regulation in Australia, are looking for multiple Technical Writers Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, effective, engaging content that is presented in a consistent format Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement to meet specified standards. Experience: Demonstrated technical writing experience on a large complex ERP implementation and/or upgrade project.
