Technical Writer

We're looking for a Junior to Mid level Technical Writer / Document Controller to be part of a small InfoSec team within a Global Organisation.The role. More administrative than your typical technical writer role; Reviewing and updating a large set of internal policy and procedure documents while communicating with relevant stakeholders and SME's for their insights; Ensuring the documents are controlled, organised and in line with compliance requirements; Helping other teams document their knowledge bases; Some API documentation - exposure here would be highly desirable; and This isn't a customer facing content role. Ideal candidate. 2- 5 years experience in a technical writing role, preferably with a focus on internal documentation and compliance; Highly developed organisational skills: the ability to manage and prioritise multiple documentation projects across different teams, products and services; Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating self-direction and initiative; Excellent communication skills for working with remote teams and subject matter experts; and A significant project in the pipeline involves automating the current manual document management system. Experience in similar projects will be advantageous. Why Join?
