Position Learning Solutions Designer is responsible for creating impactful learning solutions that enhance business and people performance. This role ensures compliance with essentials training, supporting the organization's license to operate and foster a culture of responsibility across all employees.
Key Responsibilities: Learning Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze business learning needs and design engaging, sustainable solutions that align with frameworks and compliance standards (Safety, Risk, Compliance, Diversity).Methodology & Standards Development: Develop and promote Learning Architecture and Blueprints, ensuring consistency in design, implementation, and evaluation across the business.Quality Assurance & Evaluation: Ensure learning materials meet high-quality standards, using evaluation and feedback to drive continuous improvement.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams (People, Performance & Reputation, Group Risk) to ensure learning solutions meet quality, scope, and timeline requirements.Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Degree in Education, L&D, or related field.Experience in instructional design and corporate compliance environments.Skills: Proven ability to develop and curate impactful L&D solutionsStrong knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principlesExperience applying design thinking, human-centred design, and Agile methodologiesSkilled in measuring and evaluating learning effectivenessEffective stakeholder management and vendor collaborationAbility to work across disciplines and within collaborative teamsExcellent organisational, planning, and workflow management skillsComfortable managing priorities in ambiguous environmentsProficient in eLearning (e.g., Articulate Storyline), LMS, video production, visual design, gamification, and emerging technologiesInterest in emerging technology and best practicesPlease apply within or for a confidential discussion please contact Corin 0457676048.
