Technical Training & Development Manager

The role This role is scoped at a leadership level and focuses on developing training architecture, systems, processes and training material to ensure alignment with relevant internal intellectual property, industry best practices and the evolving needs of our organisation.
The role will engage with internal and external stakeholders to create, update and ensure training content remains relevant and compliant with legislative requirements.
This position is central to ensuring that the organisation not only meets its current operational targets but is also well-positioned to respond to future challenges and opportunities.

Business Develop training systems , processes and reporting.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.
Update and revise training content to reflect the latest industry trends, regulations, and company policies.
Develop engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to various learning styles and preferences.
Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and interactive quizzes, to enhance learning outcomes.
Manage version control and document updates to track changes and facilitate future revisions.
Coordinate with internal teams to roll out updated training materials and provide necessary support and guidance.
Ensure the ability to record delivered training within our MyLearning environment What experience you'll bring Previous experience working with Dacebo - Learning Management System preferred Proven experience in instructional design, education , curriculum development preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual design and layout aesthetics.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Creative problem solver with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
Reporting/Analysis, Communication, and Negotiation Skills: These competencies underline the importance of data-driven decision-making, clear internal and external communication, and the ability to effectively negotiate and manage resources.
