Technical Trainer Lead – Motor Claims

The role: Leading a team of technical experts, as our new Technical Trainer Lead, you will be responsible for improving operational performance, and capabilities through training programs.
You will: Improve the Motor Claims Operation expertise through improved training programs including developing, implementing, and enhancing Motor Claims Operation Induction training and ongoing development Drive improved process efficiencies by ensuring the maintenance of the knowledge management systems for Motor Claims Work to continuously improve the learning material for the Motor Claims Operation team to assist with the onboarding of new team members Provide a roadmap for ongoing technical training for the Motor Claims Operation team Improve attrition and staff engagement by increasing motor claims knowledge Assist with the continuous improvement of Complaint handling and performance at First Point of Contact Ensure compliance and business risk policies are both adhered to and challenged to meet the commercial, legislative, and business environments What experience you'll bring: Experience in coaching or mentoring technical professionals Good working knowledge of insurance legislation & procedures Experience in designing & delivering technical training programs, ideally within a contact centre – preferred but not essential Highly developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication Able to multi-task and prioritise, with excellent time management and adaptable Our perks: Location – North Lakes - Save the long commute to Brisbane and work for a growing company close to home and within walking distance to some of the north side's best retail outlets, restaurants and other amenities.
