Join Vanderlande at one of Australia's leading picking solution sites in Moorebank, Sydney. You will be instrumental in the successful implementation of service provision supporting the operational requirements. As a Trainer within our Service Organization, you will be pivotal in developing and enhancing the technical skills and capabilities of the service team. Your Position Your role will encompass designing and delivering training programs, evaluating team performance, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery, all while upholding the highest safety standards.
You will also collaborate closely with our established learning academies locally and in Europe to deliver training frameworks.
Your Responsibilities: Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the service team. Ensure all team members are proficient in operating and maintaining automated systems.Performance Assessment: Regularly assess the performance of team members through evaluations and feedback sessions. Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to address these areas.Process Improvement: Collaborate with the service team to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest best practices and technological advancements.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the service team during complex troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.About You This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced professional with a passion for training and development, and a strong technical background in automated systems.
