Technical Trainer

You will conduct both in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting during these sessions.
Your role will also involve assessing the specific training needs of clients and customizing programs accordingly.
Collaborating closely with the IT team and vendors, you will play a crucial role in launching new software services.
Staying updated with the latest developments in applications is key to integrating them into your training programs.
Job requirements: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Microsoft, Adobe, and other productivity applicationsConduct instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and virtuallyProvide hands-on support and troubleshooting during training sessionsAssess training needs and customize training programs to meet specific requirementsCollaborate with the IT team and vendors to launch new software servicesStay updated with the latest developments with applications and integrate them into training programsWhat you bring: Excellent communication and presentation skillsProven experience as a Technology Trainer, particularly with Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and AdobeAbility to pick up technical systems quicklyCertification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer) is a plusExperience with e-learning platforms and learning management systemsAbility to work autonomously, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWhat sets this company apart: This company prides itself on its commitment to fostering flexible, inclusive, and diverse environments for its employees.
