Reporting to the Technical Trainer Manager, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of Liebherr certified technical training curriculum to Liebherr employees and our customers, ensuring quality standards and statutory obligations are met and maintained.
Duties Face-to-Face and Virtual delivery of high-quality technical training on Liebherr mining equipment, including electrified and autonomous equipment. Ensure own technical skills are current and adequately address future technology requirements. Proactively seek out opportunities for internal and external customer training. Prepare and distribute reports. Coordinate with internal customers to deliver required technical training. Contribute positively to team projects and maintain focus on business and customer outcomes. Actively participate in quality audits and assessments. Develop, maintain, and update training programs and documents as required. Travel for this job is essential. Skills & Experience About you Have a passion for teaching, be curious about future technologies, and have a willingness to learn. Experience facilitating technical training and familiarity with adult learning methods. Ability to identify opportunity/risk, propose solutions, and take action. Essential skills and experience Cert III Mobile Plant Technology, Cert III Engineering Mechanical, or similar. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40120 or ability to obtain. TAELLN411 module OR willingness to obtain. Industry experience developing and delivering technical training programs. Experience working on Liebherr-Mining equipment, or comparable OEM equipment is advantageous. Current driver's license. If required, relocation will be considered for the successful candidate.
