Your responsibilities will include:• Deliver technical training sessions to our people• Assess trainee competencies on the job• Work with managers to identify technical training needs of their teams• Provide coaching and feedback to our people in the workplace• Provide technical subject matter expertise to support the development of technical training materials; and• Assist with the design and development of technical training materials.

The successful candidate will have:• At least 5 years' experience in the building and construction industry• The ability to motivate others and deliver engaging learning to diverse groups of people• Facilitation, consultation, communication and coaching skills• A Certificate IV in Training Assessment (TAE 40116) and/or a qualification in building and construction (desirable but not required)
This position may suit the following types of people:• A person with at least 5 years' experience in industry (either in operations and/or building) who has a flare for building the capability of others through formal and informal training approaches• An experienced industry trainer who is looking to work for Australia's most successful residential home builder; and• A specialised building and construction teacher from the educational sector looking to move into the corporate sector.
