This is an exciting chance for a driven and dynamic individual to be part of the Sky Q Test team, working on a variety of next-generation Q products.We turn big ideas into the products, content and services millions of people love.And we do it all right here at Sky.What you'll do:?Working for the App Certification Manager, who is responsible for the co-ordination of 3rd party app validation across UK and overseas devices.Testing 3rd party apps and providing succinct reports on issues and observations found in the productsResponsible for creating defects with key information and attachmentsAdhering to the process within the team and contributing to improvementsCollaborating across Delivery, Product, Development and other test teams across different territories, hence strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.?What you'll bring:A proactive mindset when taking on testing tasks and communicating with the team and stakeholdersFirst-rate attention to detail – you will be working with multiple different apps and should have a keen eye for issues and improvements that could be made for the user experienceExperience using Jira, Quality Centre and ConfluenceExperience of working closely with Delivery, Product and development teamsExperience of working in Agile teams and the ability to bring fresh ideasComfortable in being a point of contact in the team, covering for some Test Management activities to ensure continuation during annual leave and other absenceExperience using Defect management softwareFlexibility and the ability to work well in a team with a hybrid working patternProduct DeliveryWant to deliver brilliant products and unmissable entertainment that grips millions of households?
