The Role: As a Technical Test Lead, you will oversee quality engineering efforts across multiple squads, leading teams and driving testing excellence while being ready to step into hands-on responsibilities when needed. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic planning to deliver high-quality outcomes in a Salesforce-driven ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to a team of 6-10 QA resources across multiple squads.Drive testing strategies, automation, and quality assurance using Playwright with TypeScript in a Salesforce environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.Lead by example with a self-driven and proactive approach, stepping into hands-on testing when required.Foster a culture of excellence, mentoring team members, and optimizing testing processes.Oversee test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management to ensure project success.Must-Have Skills: Proven leadership experience, managing up to 6-10 resources and coordinating work across multiple squads.Expertise in Salesforce testing, including automation and manual testing methodologies.Hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript) for automation testing.Self-driven, proactive, and able to lead by example.Strong communication and organizational skills for managing cross-team collaboration.Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with CircleCI, CumulusCI, Copado, and Salesforce UTAM.Experience with Salesforce Sandbox Creation, Lightning Web Components (LWC) testing using Jest, and Shadow DOM testing.Proficiency in Apex Unit Testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.What We Offer: A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities to lead high-impact projects and work with cutting-edge tools.Competitive compensation and benefits.Comprehensive training and development programs to support your growth.Flexible, fully remote work options to suit your lifestyle.Join Us: If you are a motivated leader with a passion for Salesforce and quality engineering, this is your opportunity to thrive.
