Our client, a global organisation is seeking a Principal Engineer, within their corporate division to help shape the technical direction of enterprise-scale solutions.
This role combines technical leadership with strategic vision, offering the chance to influence architecture decisions while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Working directly with the Product Development Leader and in alignment with the Chief Technical Officer, you'll drive innovation across multiple domains.
The Role
As a Principal Engineer your responsibilities will include:
Leading comprehensive engineering programs and providing technical direction across complex enterprise solutionsDriving architectural decisions and technical strategy while maintaining hands-on involvementMentoring and developing engineering talent across multiple teamsEngaging with customers and stakeholders as a technical authorityContributing to recruitment and technical assessment of engineering candidatesSolving complex technical challenges and removing cross-team blockersAbout You
In order to be a successful applicant you have demonstrated leadership capabilities as well as being hands-on technical.
You will also have:
Extensive engineering experience with proven expertise in Java and C#A strong background in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft AzureExperience with RPA platforms and Enterprise Integration PatternsProven track record in technical leadership and team managementOutstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsStrategic mindset with focus on delivering business valueHybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the Brisbane officeHow to Apply
