The Opportunity Our client, a global organisation is seeking a Principal Engineer, within their corporate division to help shape the technical direction of enterprise-scale solutions.
This role combines technical leadership with strategic vision, offering the chance to influence architecture decisions while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Working directly with the Product Development Leader and in alignment with the Chief Technical Officer, you'll drive innovation across multiple domains.
The Role As a Principal Engineer your responsibilities will include: Leading comprehensive engineering programs and provide technical direction across complex enterprise solutions Driving architectural decisions and technical strategy while maintaining hands-on involvement Mentoring and develop engineering talent across multiple teams Engaging with customers and stakeholders as a technical authority Contributing to recruitment and technical assessment of engineering candidates Solving complex technical challenges and remove cross-team blockers About You In order to be a successful applicant you have demonstrated leadership capabilities as well as be hands-on technical.
