The Technical Systems Admin will backfill BAU activities across both Platform and Cloud End User Services teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical expertise for all things Azure / Entra ID / M365 (Azure Web Services, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive etc.)Maintain and support Azure / Entra ID / M365 services and on-prem applications/systemsMonitor and report on the Azure environment and M365 services and on-prem applicationsDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation in support of the Cloud and on-premises environmentProvide high-quality customer support in a timely mannerIdentify opportunities for improvement in environments or processesLead and steer updating of disaster recovery documentationExperience in using and configuring Entra ID Modern AuthenticationSELECTION CRITERIA Demonstrated technical capabilities and experience in three or more of the following: Exchange Online (Hybrid), Cisco IronPort, PowerShell Scripting, Entra ID (Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access Policies etc), Active Directory, Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, On-premises to Cloud migrationsAbility to learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industryDemonstrated attention to detail, delivering quality technical solutionsProven experience with producing technical documentationGood problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience supporting a widely distributed global user baseTo be considered for the role, click the 'apply' button.
