Contract OpportunityCanberra locationNV1 clearance The role is responsible for a mix of project and operational work, primarily focussed on implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 products.

Responsibilities

The Technical Systems Admin will be responsible for:Provide technical expertise for all things Azure / Entra ID / M365. (Azure Web Services, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive etc.)Maintaining and supporting Azure / Entra ID / M365 services and on-prem applications / systemsMonitoring and reporting on the Azure environment and M365 services and on-prem applicationsDeveloping and implementing policies, procedures, and documentation in support of the Cloud and on-premises environmentProviding high-quality customer support in a timely mannerIdentifying opportunities for improvement in environments or processesLead and steer updating of disaster recovery documentationExperience in using and configuring Entra ID Modern AuthenticationDemonstrated technical capabilities and experience: Exchange Online (Hybrid)Cisco IronPortPowerShell ScriptingEntra ID (Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access Policies etc)Active DirectoryDynamics 365 / Power PlatformOn-premises to Cloud migrationsDue to the nature of this role, you need to be Australian Citizen with an active NV1 security clearance.
