Technical Systems Administrator Contract Opportunity Canberra location NV1 clearance The role is responsible for a mix of project and operational work, primarily focused on implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 products.

Responsibilities Provide technical expertise for all things Azure / Entra ID / M365 (Azure Web Services, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive etc.) Maintain and support Azure / Entra ID / M365 services and on-prem applications / systems Monitor and report on the Azure environment and M365 services and on-prem applications Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation in support of the Cloud and on-premises environment Provide high-quality customer support in a timely manner Identify opportunities for improvement in environments or processes Lead and steer updating of disaster recovery documentation Experience in using and configuring Entra ID Modern Authentication Demonstrated technical capabilities and experience: Exchange Online (Hybrid) Cisco IronPort PowerShell Scripting Entra ID (Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access Policies etc) Active Directory Dynamics 365 / Power Platform On-premises to Cloud migrations Due to the nature of this role, you need to be an Australian Citizen with an active NV1 security clearance.
