We are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise Platforms support team.
This team plays a critical role in supporting a wide range of Azure, M365, cloud, and on-premises systems, used by staff across a global network in over 50 countries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a mix of project and operational tasks, primarily focused on implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 products while assisting with the transition of services to the cloud.
The role will also involve backfilling BAU activities across both the Platform and Cloud and End User Services teams.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Provide expert support across Azure, Entra ID, M365 services, and on-prem applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.).
System Maintenance: Maintain and support Azure / Entra ID / M365 services and on-prem systems.
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on the health of Azure environments and M365 services.
Documentation & Procedures: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation to support cloud and on-premises environments.
Customer Support: Provide high-quality technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
Disaster Recovery: Lead the update and maintenance of disaster recovery documentation.
Authentication Configuration: Experience with Entra ID Modern Authentication configuration and management.
Essential Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated Experience: Proven experience and technical capabilities in three or more of the following areas: Exchange Online (Hybrid) Cisco IronPort PowerShell Scripting Entra ID (Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access Policies) Active Directory Dynamics 365 / Power Platform On-premises to Cloud migrations Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and stay ahead of rapid changes in the IT industry.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on delivering quality technical solutions with meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Documentation: Experience in producing clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Criteria: Experience supporting a globally distributed user base is highly desirable.
Eligibility Requirements: Australian Citizenship: The successful candidate must be an Australian citizen.
Security Clearance: A valid NV1 security clearance is required or must be obtained as a condition of employment.
