The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis along with the possibility to move into the following areas depending on workload:Windows C# WPF DevelopmentImproved UI/UX designReverse Engineering using tools like Ghidra.NET Core Web DevelopmentAdvanced search tools utilizing AIAutomated testingSales and MarketingQualifications/RequirementsEnthusiastic about High Performance Automotive VehiclesUnderstanding of how Automotive Engines workTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to a diverse audienceExperience with IT systems and softwareNice to havesRelevant certification or degree in IT/CompSci/EngineeringExperience in one or more programming languagesInterest in computer software Security/Anti PiracyStaff Management SkillsPrior vehicle calibration/tuning experienceJira/DevOps or similar bug/project tracking tool experienceExperience with CTFs (Capture the flags) or HackathonsCompensation:60-100k AUD.
