The Opportunity To support travel dreams to come true, this role is responsible for providing technical support to TripADeal team members for all aspects of hardware, network and software. This includes; managing the helpdesk, administering ICT assets and end-user computing systems, supporting infrastructure and applications, and providing Salesforce system administration support and user provisioning.
Organisational Structure You'll report to our Head of Engineering.  This permanent full-time position is 100% onsite working from our Byron Bay HeadQuarters, working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!
A Day in the Life Client Support and Helpdesk Management: Responding to client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner, building strong and trusted relationships with TripADeal employeesICT Asset and EUC Administration: Managing the ICT assets and end-user computing systems, ensuring their availability and reliabilityInfrastructure and Application Support: Providing support and maintenance for the company's infrastructure and applications, ensuring their optimal performance and availabilitySalesforce System Admin Support: Providing support for the Salesforce system, including user provisioning and system administrationUser Provisioning: Managing the process of creating and updating user accounts, ensuring that access is granted to the appropriate resourcesProviding clear communications, updates and instruction to our users to ensure our systems support doing their job efficiently To be a Front Running Candidate Relevant Certificate IV in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience2+ years of experience in technical support and operations managementStrong knowledge of ICT assets, end-user computing systems, infrastructure, and applicationsGood working knowledge of hardware diagnostics and troubleshootingSound working knowledge of DHCP, DNS and networking environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check Why TripADeal?
