Job posting end date: 12/05/2024 Introduction: We are seeking a Technical Support Service Coordinator to join our Technical Service team.
This role will help with Technical Support tenders and proposals and will coordinate Technical Sales Support site visits job management through SAP, Dynamics and Salesforce.
What you'll do: Ensure sales force compliance and systems and process are in order and aware of where they are.
Provide admin support for the Technical Sales Team as required Booking of travel and inductions for personnel.
Coordinating labour hire and documentation for site attendance.
Collation and submission of monthly reports Preparation and issuing of quotations/Proposals in consultation with the Manager.
Issuing purchase order numbers, as required.
Matching of invoices, purchase orders and purchase requisitions to jobs.
Support and maintain HSE24 compliance Managing SAP, Salesforce and dynamics ie Metso systems and ensuring compliance Preparing invoices for completed jobs and monthly invoicing as required / set up per contract.
Processing daily paperwork as required for any service specific contract / project.
Scheduling and booking of site specific medicals for personnel.
Who you are: Min 3 years' experience in an Office Administration Role.
Min 2 years' experience in the Mining "Service" Industry – Mine site requirements and procedures / policies.
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills, MS Office – Word & Excel.
Knowledge and experience with computerised accounting packages and in-house systems.
Knowledge and understanding of Life Cycle Services (LCS) / Service contracts.
Experience in SAP databases.
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to ensure results are achieved in a timely manner.
Ability to collate data and compile reports and correspondence.
A solid committment to being a proactive, collaborative team player supporting a team of sales individuals is essential.
