We are here for the long haul.About the OpportunityDue to an increase in demand, the Perth Branch is looking for a Technical Support Representative (HV) to join its Customer Support team.Traveling throughout Western Australia supporting customers with technical issues and creating solutions to meet their needs, this position will assist HCA staff with technical and diagnostic support.Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the main responsibilities include:Support of Hitachi Rigid TrucksPerforming diagnostic evaluations, troubleshooting and fault findingPerforming machine inspections and producing detailed condition reportsDiscussing report findings with customers and site personnel and presenting recommendationsWorking with internal departments to provide high levels of servicePromoting parts and service in line with branch sales and margin targetsTo be successful you will need:Relevant trade qualificationsAbility to work unsupervised and manage a customer baseMine site experienceExcellent technical knowledge of mining equipmentExcellent computer literacy skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to travel as required in line with customer needsAbout the BenefitsWhat's in it for you?
