About the Opportunity Due to an increase in demand, the Perth Branch is looking for a Technical Support Representative (HV) to join its Customer Support team.
Traveling throughout Western Australia supporting customers with technical issues and creating solutions to meet their needs, this position will assist HCA staff with technical and diagnostic support.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the main responsibilities include: Support of Hitachi Rigid Trucks Performing diagnostic evaluations, troubleshooting and fault finding Performing machine inspections and producing detailed condition reports Discussing report findings with customers and site personnel and presenting recommendations Working with internal departments to provide high levels of service Promoting parts and service in line with branch sales and margin targets To be successful you will need: Relevant trade qualifications Ability to work unsupervised and manage a customer base Mine site experience Excellent technical knowledge of mining equipment Excellent computer literacy skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to travel as required in line with customer needs About the Benefits What's in it for you?
