You will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, managing the implementation of the Workday reporting platform, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsManaging the implementation and ongoing enhancements of the Workday reporting platformIdentifying and mitigating risks related to data integrity and reporting accuracyLeveraging data to drive continuous improvement aligned with strategic objectivesCreating custom reports using the Workday Report Writer to meet specific business needsYou may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced reporting professional with a passion for driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and a collaborative approach to delivering exceptional results.
You may also: Possess current Workday Reporting certification or relevant experienceHave demonstrated experience in writing requirements, design, development, and testing documentationHave in-depth knowledge of the Workday solution and relevant certificationsPossess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skillsDemonstrate proficiency in using Workday tools like Worksheets and PrismHave experience collaborating with partners and suppliers to optimise operational efficiencyWhat we offer you!
