On your first day, we'll expect you to have: 5+ years of experience in support, software services, or system administration for a large end-user community Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Deep understanding of Web technologies (e.g.
REST, HTTP/S, etc) Familiarity with microservice architecture (Docker, AWS, etc)
