Requirement: Must be an Australian citizen with baseline security clearance  The role is located withina division that provides professional expertise, strategies, products andservices across an extensive range of corporate functions, including: corporatestrategy, human resources, financial services, information communication technology,digital science support, governance, audit and risk, security (physical,personnel and information), building and facilities management, communications,data policy and information management.
The Program Management and Delivery (PMD) Teamplays an important role in the delivery of key business, corporate, enterpriseand ICT projects and programs ensuring quality, cost effective and timelyresults. PMD partners with the business to support continuous improvement inthe delivery of programs and projectsacross the organisation, the role ensuresour sustainability and performs the role of key advisor on program and projectmanagement. 

In this roleyou will: · Provide onsitetechnical support for up to 7 weeks full time to assist in building asuite of project and program performance reporting

· Work with PMD todesign and build scalable project and program reports/dashboard views usingPowerBI and incorporating project online data.

· Assist in settingup the necessary data connections and data models to support the reports. 

· Createdocumentation detailing data connections and data models that can be used tosupport the reports.

· Preparetransition to service documents to enable PMD staff to maintain and updatereporting/dashboards as required.

Provide capability uplift of PMD staff on how touse and maintain the reports. 
Requirements To besuccessful in the role you will: · Be a suitablyqualified and experienced person in Power BI program dashboard reportingincluding incorporating data from Project Online and other sources.

· Demonstrateability to create data connections and data models to support the requiredreporting.

· Have experiencedeveloping transition to service documentation.

· Be available tobe onsite at Canberra, ACT.

· Demonstrateability to provide constructive feedback, guidance and support.

· Be proficient inmentoring, coaching and upskilling team members to enhance their skills andperformance in Power BI program dashboard reporting.
