PositionWe are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Technical Support Officer. Reporting into the MI and Data Manager, this role is multi-faceted, with responsibilities spanning IT Operations, User Support, and Technical Change Delivery.
The successful candidate will participate and contribute to the incident, problem, change and release management processes to ensure consistent, reliable and continued business operations. They will be required to engage with various stakeholders including line of business managers, end-users, software vendors, and technology partners for problem resolution and participation in change and release management including coordination, promotion and maintenance of software builds through test environments and production.
The ideal applicant will be hardworking, knowledgeable, keen to learn and will work with a dedicated and friendly Head Office support team and our Clinicians working in the community. The role is office based full time at our Moorabbin Head office.
