We have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for a Technical Support Officer. This position is a full time permanent role based in Darwin. Technical Support Officer Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence Ensuring that technical and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support the technical personnel in the delivery of specific work scopes Developing and maintaining technical databases and records. Supporting the team with document retrieval, preparation and submission; including reviewing all documents for completeness and quality. Utilising SAP and other systems to capture previous work histories, initiate notifications, and locate drawings and other required technical information. Providing ad-hoc project and administrative support to technical and engineering personnel. Why us? What you will bring Previous experience in a technical administrative role or similar position Resources experience is desirable but not essential as we encourage applicants from all industries Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by our promise:  The safe way is the only way.
