We have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for a Technical Support Officer. This position is a full time permanent role based in Darwin. Technical Support Officer Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence Ensuring that technical and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support the technical personnel in the delivery of specific work scopes Developing and maintaining technical databases and records. Supporting the team with document retrieval, preparation and submission; including reviewing all documents for completeness and quality. Utilising SAP and other systems to capture previous work histories, initiate notifications, and locate drawings and other required technical information. Providing ad-hoc project and administrative support to technical and engineering personnel. Why us?
