What does the job look like?
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will take responsibility for planning, designing and implementing technology solutions that meet the needs of ITS projects and operational issues.
Key areas include: Third level hardware and application technical support and troubleshooting advice to all internal and external stakeholders as required Build rapport through the business as a subject matter expert for our clients, subcontractors, field technicians and repair centre staff Ensure timely problem identification and root cause resolution using your strong customer service approach to every situation You will work closely with internal departments conducting training and testing on specialised technical products You will contribute to the organisational direction by providing advice to Management on the business risks, technology, and best practices in the area of ATM hardware and applications Are you the one?
You are the go-to person for those complex technical escalations that are difficult to resolve.
You can demonstrate: Knowledge of the ATMs/ Cash Management devices or a technical know-how not necessarily in the industry Root cause analysis skills in computer hardware/ software Strong organisational and multitasking skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to trouble shoot complex issues Strong time management skills Good customer service skills and a great attitude Able to work a 5-day rotating roster (including weekends) Sound like you?
