About the position: The Technical Support & Commissioning Engineer is one of the most important roles in the Pixii organization. In close cooperation with the global Support & Commissioning team, you will handle all Support & Commissioning related inquiries globally. You will be handling and forwarding inquiries, perform commissioning of our systems globally, and you are expected to proactively suggest improvements of our tools and processes for the benefit of Pixii and our customers.
You will have a great understanding of how the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) branch operates. This includes handling customer inquiries based on their specific needs reactively, but also with proactive commissioning, calibrations and monitoring of their system(s).
The Technical Support & Commissioning Engineer will contribute on working strategically and hands-on with more efficient ways of handling inquiries with right tools and processes, for the convenience of both Pixii and our customers.

Responsibilities: Secure market leading customer satisfaction through excellent handling of our customers.Inspection of end-of-line systems and ensuring consistent system delivery.Proactively perform commissioning of the customers' systems, and reactively respond to any questions or inquiries customers might have through our ticketing tool(s).Work closely with the Customer Success and R&D teams to suggest good processes for handling commissioning and support inquiries.Contribute to long-term strategies for a more efficient Support & Commissioning Organization through right tools, processes, and resources.Identification, investigation, root-cause analysis, and solution implementation of product/system inconsistencies.Work experience and requirements: Degree in Electric Engineering, Data Science, or requisite experience.Hands-on technical background.Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.Strong background and experience with quality assurance processes (root-cause analysis and action implementation).Experience in working with remote systems.Experience related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a great advantage.Personal Skills or qualifications: Analytical and structured mindset.Service- and customer-oriented.Commercial understanding and attitude.Good verbal communication and collaboration skills.Process-oriented and able to establish and describe processes.In-depth Microsoft Office 365 competence.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.Independent.
