The Requirements
The ideal candidate will first and foremost have great communication skills, both exceptional phone manner and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, the ability to work with cross-functional teams from sales to engineering, and the ability to relay technical information to non-technical clients and customers will also be crucial.
Not required, but prior exposure to and experience with renewable energy systems in a technical support role would be ideal.
Particularly practical experience with on and off grid battery storage solutions.
Eastern suburb location, onsite role with flexible working arrangements.
