About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

The Children's Court of Victoria (ChCV) is a specialist court that hears and determines cases in two divisions. The Family Division hears and determines cases involving the care and protection of Victorian children who are at risk of harm. The Criminal Division hears and determines the criminal charges brought against children between the ages of 10-17 years.
About the Role Offered on a fixed-term basis from 6 January 2025 until 4 July 2025 and reporting to the IT Manager, Children's Court, the Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing timely and high-quality technical and administrative support to users including judiciary in the set-up of mobile, telephony, desktop devices and supporting audio-visual related issues. Along with assisting in the purchasing of hardware, software, telephony, and peripheral IT equipment, where required. The role will also be responsible for supporting operational service delivery requirements within the Children's Court as well as contributing to the development of continuous improvement processes, procedures, and projects within the jurisdiction. This role also works collaboratively with the Digital team at Jurisdiction Services.
Key accountabilities include: Providing timely and high-quality support to the Children's Court IT customers, including judiciary and staff.Contributing to level 1 and level 2 support and playing an active role in assisting the team with various IT projects from development to implementation.Logging incidents and support requests promptly and accurately and coordinating their resolution with partners and vendors like Cenitex.Potentially travelling and/or temporarily staying within Victoria's regional precinct to provide support to users across CSV jurisdictions.About You Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide IT support over the phone, in person and via remote access software.Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal staff with differing levels of ICT knowledge.Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisational structure and excellent problem-solving skills.Exceptional PC Skills, including a high level of competence with MS Office.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently.Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality IT services, be self-motivated and to improve outcomes.Demonstrated expertise in PC hardware, software and LAN/WAN facilities.How to apply Click the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application:
