Technical Supervisor

Our global operations which include Solar, Wind, Landfill gas and LNG give our employees opportunities to learn, grow and develop new skills that will be in future demand as the renewable market continues to grow around the world.Apply to join our team and experience a job that is helping to make the world a better place to be.Based in Bowen Basin this role can be either locally in Moranbah or DIDO arrangement on a 4/3 roster.The key responsibilities of this role will include:Interface with customers and suppliers to manage relationships in accordance with EDL's SPIRIT values;Engage, manage and supervise contractors as required to deliver capital works;Develop and communicate capital works plans as required;Manage change in accordance with EDL process and in consultation with Engineering and Asset Management;Develop and implement project planning and cost tracking to deliver works within budget and risk;Maintain program budgets and submissions;Plan shutdowns in concert with power station supervisors; andTravel to other sites as required by program delivery.The successful candidate will have:Technical or Trade (Electrical) backgroundProven time management and organisational skills;Initiative, enthusiasm and commitment;Desire to learn and to train others;Enjoys the challenge of working in a dynamic team environment;Dedicated to the achievement of excellent working standards.You will be a highly motivated with excellent communication skills and work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.Successful applicants will be required to undergo medical and background screening prior to commencement with EDL.EDL is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.To find out more about EDL and what we do visit our website below!EDL - A World Of New Energy.
