Based in Bowen Basin this role can be either locally in Moranbah or DIDO arrangement on a 4/3 roster.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Interface with customers and suppliers to manage relationships in accordance with EDL's SPIRIT values; Engage, manage and supervise contractors as required to deliver capital works; Develop and communicate capital works plans as required; Manage change in accordance with EDL process and in consultation with Engineering and Asset Management; Develop and implement project planning and cost tracking to deliver works within budget and risk; Maintain program budgets and submissions; Plan shutdowns in concert with power station supervisors; and Travel to other sites as required by program delivery. The successful candidate will have:
Technical or Trade (Electrical) background Proven time management and organisational skills; Initiative, enthusiasm and commitment; Desire to learn and to train others; Enjoys the challenge of working in a dynamic team environment; Dedicated to the achievement of excellent working standards. You will be a highly motivated with excellent communication skills and work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo medical and background screening prior to commencement with EDL.
