The Technical Specialist will implement, manage, and optimise endpoint performance / end user experience platform using Riverbed Aternity.
Permanent Full TimeProjects and BAU WorkFlexible / Hybrid working arrangementWe are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist who will be responsible for implementing, configuring and maintaining the endpoint performance monitoring / end-user experience management platforms primarily Riverbed Aternity, or similar tools (e.g., Systrack, Nexthink) for enterprise scale SOE and Infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain the Riverbed Aternity platform.Monitor and analyse the performance of enterprise applications.Provide regular updates on support and problem management processes.Escalate performance issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.Perform system upgrades and ensure compliance with security standards.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the platform with other tools and systems.Investigate and diagnose application performance problems.Configure alerts to identify and resolve performance issues proactively.Generate and share reports and dashboards with stakeholders.Create and maintain documentation for configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.Drive service improvements and identify opportunities for automation.Engage with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure service excellence.Key Requirements: Tertiary Qualification, or relevant industry certifications.Experience in installing and managing Riverbed Aternity platform, or other similar End User Experience management / Endpoint Monitoring Platforms.Experience with other end user experience management or endpoint monitoring platforms such as Systrack or Nexthink is a plus.Good understanding of hybrid and cloud environments.Experience with platform upgrades and implementing system changes.Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management processes.Experience with managing and maintaining enterprise applications.Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to service delivery.Salary Package: $110K-$130K Base + Super (depending on experience).
