We want YOU to be a Technical Specialist for our new team in Lismore! The Opportunity Managed Fund Claims is thrilled to announce the launch of a new workers compensation team in Lismore, starting in 2025.
As a Technical Specialist you will be working on a diverse portfolio of claims ranging from new claims through to long tail claims, and will be accountable for providing coaching, training and advice to Case Managers on legislative, legal and technical claim strategies.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of the team while making a lasting impact in the workers' compensation sector.
What We're Looking For: Experience in workers' compensation or a related insurance field, with a strong technical understanding of claims management and processes.Problem-solving skills: Ability to assess complex situations and provide clear, actionable guidance to Case Managers.Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy in claims management, reporting, and compliance.Strong communication skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to both internal teams and external stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.Primary Details Time Type: Full time
