As part of the CTP team, you will be a member of the wider CTP business unit, which includes teams in New South Wales and Victoria. The Technical Specialist is ultimately responsible for the CTP technical capability and quality within the team. This position has a high degree of collaboration with claims teams and the host insurer to ensure the highest levels of technical competence and service is achieved and maintained.

This is a permanent, full time position based in our Adelaide office. You will have the option to work from home 2 days per week and 3 days in the office, once you are comfortable in the role.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Assess all aspects of a claim including liability determination and eligibility assessments, legal, case risk and resource management, file maintenance, compliance and financial skills.Proactively manage claim determinations for complex claims, ensuring clear documentation of actions throughout the determination process.Adopt a service-orientated approach that is focused on the interests of workers and employers.Liaise effectively with host insurer teams and third parties as required, i.e. solicitors, IMEs, investigators and financial accountants.Ensure implementation and adherence to compliance measures.
