About The Role:
The key purpose of this role is to assist and support the teaching department so they can deliver quality vocational education and training in specified program(s).
We are excited about you because you have: Horticulture Expertise: Proven experience in the field; landscaping or agriculture experience is also desirable. Relevant Qualifications: Licenses and certifications related to horticulture are a plus. Practical Preparation Skills: Experience in developing classroom practicals, creating teaching aids, and maintaining equipment. Safety Knowledge: A strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations in workshop and simulated environments. Technical Problem-Solving Abilities: Expertise in resolving complex technical issues. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Instruction Comprehension: Ability to interpret and comply with complex technical instructions. Record-Keeping Skills: Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation of technical issues, solutions, and support activities.
