About the Role: This is a support role where you'll assist the Customer Commercial Engagement and Customer Growth teams in Hope Valley.
Duration: 19 August - 25 October
Key Responsibilities:
Apply WHS roles and responsibilities and ensure personal safety and fitness for work. Assist in Customer Technical Services (CTS) Programs and undertake project work. Achieve CTS Support performance targets and maintain high service standards. Process CTS Applications and Work Requests accurately within KPIs. Respond to customer enquiries professionally and manage CTS inboxes. Provide administrative support and manage documentation for new services. Participate in team meetings, appraisals, and corporate initiatives. About You:
Excellent data entry skills. Demonstrated capacity to record and manage data electronically. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Certificate III in Administration (desirable). Knowledge of water and sewer applications, Connection Delivery, and relevant procedures (desirable).
