This role can be based in our Perth or Brisbane Branch.
Working with the National Operations Manager you will be responsible for: Delivery and installation of products to customers Diagnosis of reported problemsReview and contribute to product documentationRepair embedded computer systems hardwarePlan and practice for system implementation and upgrade projectsTo be successful in this role you will have: In field experience with technology products.Proven experience installing and supporting complex IT systems in the fieldHands-on hardware and software system level troubleshootingAn understanding of wireless and radio propagation principlesProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAn ability to clearly communicate technical conceptsWilling to learn new technologies and new ways of approaching projectsFrequent travel to remote mine sites will be requiredHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
