An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the implementation, provision and lifecycle management of technology infrastructure and services within a high-availability environment.This senior role involves delivering strategic outcomes through exceptional technical service delivery and overseeing new programs of work, while providing structured and effective leadership to a skilled team.Key Responsibilities: Ensure efficient implementation and operation of technology solutions by managing internal and external resources.Lead and mentor the Business Systems team to deliver high-quality, sustainable technology services.Maintain governance, ensuring systems adhere to best practice standards, change control, documentation, and security protocols.Oversee the management of incidents, escalations, and priority requests in line with SLA requirements.Guide deployment activities for all technical and process initiatives.You Will Be Responsible For:Ensuring technology systems meet required availability, resilience, security, and performance standards.Leading the technical design, change control, and documentation to drive continuous improvement in infrastructure and network systems.Overseeing system monitoring, detection, and response initiatives.Developing lifecycle management strategies to ensure operational technology remains up-to-date and fit for purpose.Mentoring the broader Technology Solutions team to enhance their technical expertise.Coordinating technical leadership and incident management, including root cause analysis and recovery initiatives.What You Bring:Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating external service providers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.Extensive experience in developing and managing large corporate technology networks, including in-depth troubleshooting skills.Strong technical expertise in supporting, operating, maintaining, and securing enterprise platforms (e.g., Email, Databases, O365 Tenancies, Collaboration tools).Proficiency in cloud and virtualization technologies.Ability to maintain procedures and ensure compliance within a continuous improvement framework.Excellent communication skills, with experience in developing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation.If you are passionate about technology leadership, continuous improvement, and driving high-quality outcomes, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
