The OpportunityHCA's Brisbane Branch has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Technical Services Analyst to join our dynamic Fleet Management System team.Reporting to the National Project Manager, the core focus for this position will be to deliver high quality service desk support to our customers by remotely supporting our suite of Fleet Management technologies. To be successful in the role, great knowledge of SQL DB is a must.Main responsibilities include:Providing a high level of support services to our customers by offering regular feedback on progress of reported support incidentsProvisioning of new customer deployments including installation, configuration and documentation of Windows Server environments, Microsoft SQL Server and Wireless networksDiagnosis of reported issues and accurate database management with resolution reportingStaying current with your knowledge of current technologies including WencoLite and WencoMine FMS and GPS solutions.Contributing to the safety of all HCA employees and customersTo be successful in this role you:Must be proficient in SQL and demonstrate ability to generate reports (you will be required to bring an example of your work to the interview)Will have hands on experience with the use of scripting to automate tasksWill have an understanding of networking protocols and technologies (WAN, LAN & Wireless)Will have a tertiary degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalentMust have the highest level of written and verbal communication skillsHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
