Swick Mining Services The Company Swick Mining Services is Australia's largest Underground Diamond Drilling Contractor with the most innovative and reliable rigs in the industry.
An opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Technical Services Administrator to join our Maintenance team at South Guildford, supporting local and site-based employees.
The Role As the Technical Services Administrator you will be responsible for all administrative tasks and data entry relating to the Swick Maintenance team, including but not limited to:
Review asset prestarts (light vehicle and drill) and ensure data entered correctly.Review faults list and group similar faults and separate faults into required categories.Review equipment hours for any abnormalities in both Navision and the prestart portal.Auditing of prestart data to create report of assets that have not been prestarted.Liaise with field maintenance staff via email and phone to clear backlog of data.Assist with compiling equipment manuals and documentation.Assist in parts and tool delivery to and from suppliers for urgent requirements.Assist with minute taking and word processing as required.Assist with staff timesheet processing where required.Assist in developing and improving Swick systems.Provide assistance and support to the Maintenance Scheduler, including during periods of leave.The Candidate As the successful candidate you will be required to meet the following criteria:
2 years previous experience in a similar role (administrative and/or maintenance planning).A highly proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise effectively.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work autonomously and with limited supervision.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).The Benefits Across Swick, our people come first.
