KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to engagements Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives Identify and grow opportunities within each client and collaborate with sales teams to services and products to equip client success Act as primary services resource for each engagement assigned working with PMO and Account Management as needed Encourage the use of company resources to provide consistent delivery and methodology THE PERKS: This is an opportunity for those interested in contract work. Experience 2+ years of industry or other relevant experience Microvellum software experience is a must - REQUIRED Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Deep working knowledge of Microvellum products and services Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand and work more than 40 hours in some weeks Proven ability to service multiple concurrent projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent listening and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
