We are seeking a motivated individual to promote the HMA Wear Solutions and Flow & Industrial products across the mining and industrial sectors servicing defined clients within Pilbara, Mid West and Goldfields.
HMA Wear Solutions are a market leader in this field and have been supplying and manufacturing specialised ceramic wear resistant linings and systems in Australia for over 45 years.
Our Flow & Industrial division specialises in the manufacture, assembly and distribution of a vast range of valves, controls and industrial drives.
THE ROLE Based in Perth at our WA branch office and reporting to the National Sales Manager, the key objectives of this position will be to manage existing business and continue to increase our market share across the mining and industrial sectors primarily in the Pilbara region.
You will be responsible for an existing customer base using your technical and commercial expertise to support and grow our business. It will be your task to be a part of our continued growth in the region across our full range of products.
This is a position for somebody who desires increased challenge, responsibility and the opportunity to make it their own. Opportunities exist for promoting other products within the HMA Group, further adding to the depth and challenge this position will provide you.
ABOUT YOU To be successful candidates will have the following skills and attributes:
Experience in the sales process and KPI focusedMechanical Trade, Engineering Certificate or Relevant Technical ExperienceExperienced in sales and/or the mining industryHighly Motivated & EnthusiasticExcellent communication skills both written and verbalHighly motivated to develop businessPossess strong computer skills around the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to travel to the Pilbara region regularlyIn addition, you will thrive on visiting customers, identifying opportunities and generating enquiries for HMA Group products through a differentiated sales process, follow up project activity, undertake sales presentations to key account customers and importantly be able to close the sale.
A salary package including a car allowance/company car will be negotiated with the successful applicant who will also enjoy the benefits of our 9-day fortnight along with the prospect of participation in the company employee ownership scheme.
