About the role Currently recruiting for a driven and customer-centric individual to join our Sales team in Royal Park as a Technical Sales Support Officer and help drive our business sales in SA.
The purpose of this fast-paced, diverse, and challenging role is to provide technical support to the Sales team and customers to select product and develop quotes for projects and tenders.
Reporting to the State Manager SA, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Review project and product specifications, select product, and provide quotes within relevant time frames and other project parameters to customers.
• Prepare preliminary solutions and pricing on products as requested by internal or external customers.
• Provide product information - including data, product brochures, etc.
- upon request provide advice and guidance on technical queries to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain appropriate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Assist Sales staff with project-related calls to/from customers when required.
About you • Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent qualification or HVAC trade qualification along with demonstrated experience and knowledge in HVAC, will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Previous experience reading and interpreting technical plans and tender specifications.
• High level of organisation skills with demonstrated attention to detail • Proactive approach to learning and personal development.
