Providing technical guidance and support to clients, processing quotes, and converting sales opportunities while maintaining CRM accuracy. An office-based role with some travel to key clients and trade shows from time to time. DutiesMaintain relationships with existing key commercial customers Provide bespoke technical support and solution sellingManage & quote new opportunities in the commercial and structural markets that are generated through inbound leads & enquiriesConversion of sales opportunities from quote to orderProvide market intelligence and customer feedback as requiredRecord, manage and maintain all activities in CRMActively support and model the values of the organisationSkills & experienceSales or proactive customer service experience in B2B environment within construction, civil, plumbing or building related industryTechnical aptitude – formal education / training / experience in technical construction or civil construction / engineering or mechanical processes.
