Over 3000 client organisations have joined us on this mission and include well-known brands such as CBA, Woolworths, Google, Department of Defence, Qantas & Telstra.Liquid Learning is looking for Technical Sales Representatives to formulate and execute a successful and detailed sales campaign for every assigned Training seminar or conference product.What is required of you:Develop an understanding of the technical content of high-level training seminars in order to sell the products to Senior Executives in the government and private sectors.Develop comprehensive campaign plans, and compile lists of prospective client businesses using the CRM, online research, and other sources and methods.Provide insight on market demand for events, including competitor products, reporting to senior management.Meet with prospective clients to establish relationships and close sales.Assess client's needs and recommend relevant training seminars to them.Conduct ongoing research into client needs through detailed conversations, recording this information and reporting to sales management.Quote and negotiate package sales, group discounts, credit, and payment terms.Sell and plan the delivery of on-site training and executive education engagements to clients (in-house engagements).Prepare post-campaign reports to analyze campaign effectiveness.Follow up with clients following events to ensure satisfaction, receive feedback, and maintain relationships.Accurately maintain the Customer Relationship Management database, including increasing fresh leads for each event.Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrable excellent research and analytical skills.Experience in business-to-business sales.Commercial acumen.Knowledge of Government and corporate sector.Ability to quickly grasp the underpinning concepts of high-level training seminars.Negotiation and persuasion skills.Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines.Ability to work with other departments to ensure project success.Ability to work independently on each event.Ability to work as part of a larger team.Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.Prerequisites:Tertiary qualifications in Business / Commerce / Law / Science / Education highly regarded, but not an essential requirement.5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a qualification.Apply with us today if you're looking for a career and not just another job.
