As a Technical Sales Representative, the mission of this role is to develop strong customer relationships and trust by delivering technical support & solutions to achieve a greater market presence, product reputation, revenue and total market share.
Key Responsibilities of the role: Customer Management: Develop sales plan, identify and implement product opportunities in line with the company growth strategy. Manage customer expectations and deliver timely customer service on issues. Regular visits to adhere to customer needs and requirements.
Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to clients based on a strong understanding of available drilling methods, their correct application and limitations. Coordinate and support customer trials of Epiroc/Fordia products. Complete accurate and factual reports at completion of the trial for relevant key stakeholders.
Sales Targets: Meet sales targets, and ensure business profitability, in cooperation with Product Managers. Monitoring and review of performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Reporting & Forecasting: Monthly projections and reporting as required, effective forecasting of product to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and changes in requirements are communicated.
Programs: BPCS, Concur, MS Office and Salesforce, and additional administrative duties as required.
